Shipping time: We ship 4-6 days a week.  Handling time is 1-3 days on most items.  We offer a variety of classes of shipping that vary with each item.  These include USPS, Fedex and UPS.  For items that are not free shipping you can see the shipping options, prices and shipping times to your zip code or country by using the blue "Shipping Price" button in each item description.  For items that have free shipping, we ship using the service that we select at our discretion. USPS only to Canada.  No local pickup on purchases made on line.

Combine Shipping: When you buy multiple items, shipping cost is based on the combined size and weight of the package, saving you money.

Orders: If you place an order we use a secure order form which requires you to provide contact, billing, and financial information. This information is transmitted to your credit card company or Paypal to authorize your purchase.

Sharing of Information with third-parties: We never share any information that you supply to us with any other business or entity except as needed to process your order. 

Credit card companies and shippers: When you buy something from us we send your credit card information, name, billing address and the amount of your purchase to your credit card company to verify and authorize the purchase.  Our system does not retain any credit card information.  The card number, expiration date, CVV code and billing address are never stored in our systems.  The billing address may be the same as the shipping address, however, and we do retain the shipping address in our systems.
